F2P to Subscriber Problems

So apparently there's a problem with their systems at EA/Bioware and F2P to Subscriber transactions are not working right now. Tried calling customer service, estimated wait time: "over 1 hour." GG EA, I really wanted to give you money but apparently you don't want it.

From the Main Site, they aparently brought down the transaction servers during the launch for the APAC server migrations. Not sure if it was just APACs affected or not since I am in the US. But, they have been experiencing 2 days from trouble tickets. Sadly, the only way you can get any type of support is to call, and then have to wait for them to rectify the issue. This is a prime reason why I pay a sub. I like having in-game support.
