Because he's been doing his thing for a very long time now, and you use very loose phrasing to foster the 'discussion', such as "He is considered a terrible influence to children"

What isn't considered a bad influence to children by some? You also fail to provide any articles or discussions on something that has been discussed since the time he started his career in ernest, which was over 20 years ago, yet you mention these discussions in your opening post.

He's too lewd and unrestrained for professionalism in my honest opinion. Maybe jail time wasn't the best choice of words, but maybe a fine? I mean, it just rubs me the wrong way how one can act like that and remain popular.
