US- Zul'jin (H) <Late Night Pain Train> Tier 15 - 11/13 HM
Raid times: Sunday - Wednesday 10pm-1am EST

We are currently working through Throne of Thunder. Raid Times and Attendance: Late Night Pain Train's raid time is 10:00 pm – 1:00 am (EST) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition, the occasional raid may occur on Thursday and/or will last past 1:00 server if we are pushing progression content. Invites will go out promptly at 9:45 pm. We expect all raiders to be at the zone, fully repaired, and prepared for raid with consumables at this time.We expect all members to maintain a minimum 85% attendance rate.

We have opened up recruitment to all classes and specs for 5.4 with a special emphasis on 1 tank and 1 to 2 healers.

We are looking for applicants who:
** Have a stable internet connection
** Can handle heroic mechanics while doing good dps/hps
** Maintain a very high attendance rate
** Have experience in 25 man raiding, specifically Heroic/Hard modes
** Will be fully prepared for every raid with full consumables and appropriate gear
** Are willing to take personal responsibility for their performance, and to push themselves to exceed their own potential
** Are team players with a positive attitude and a desire to progress as a guild and as a high end raider
**Understand that being benched does happen in order to get the proper comp to achieve progression kills
Loot System: Loot distributed through an Upgrade Loot Council system with representation for all niches in the raid. A framework for each raiding tier is established by a group of active raiders, with the guidance of officers, where distribution is decided based primarily by player quality, raid awareness, attendance, and the most beneficial upgrade for overall guild progression. There will always be plenty of gear to go around for everyone. With that being said, loot drama is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

<Playground Bullies> on US-Zul'Jin Horde is a casual guild that enjoys serious progression without raiding every night. We are looking for a Bully for our 10 man core to continue progressing through T15 heroics.

We're currently 8/13H ToT, raiding only 2 nights - Tues/Thurs 7-12 EST.

Being over 18 and having Ventrilo are required. We're a mature group of players with jobs, real lives and have no interest in drama. We may be very relaxed and have the lightest raid schedule you could ask for, but all the Bullies take their class very seriously and we would ask you do the same.

We use a form of loot council / smart looting. We are raiding to kill dragons and not selfishly gear ourselves up. Very rarely do we have to make a decision as when 2 people put in for the same loot, they usually talk and someone ends up passing, etc.
