Warrior T16 Itemization and possible off-pieces

How's it going fellow Warriors, I'm wondering if you'll be looking to use the warrior tier 16, as the stats on most of the pieces are less than optimal, and we have many excellent options with optimal stats for off pieces. I'm thinking about running 2pc w/ crit + mastery off pieces and prioritizing tier to my group. Thoughts? Keep in mind I'm just linking the pieces I looked at first, since they're just changed for heroic vs normal. I know Heroic Warforged Garrosh shoulders are a long way away, but Normal Garrosh and the bosses leading up to him aren't.

Will the 4 piece procs outweigh the lack of ideal stats, or is this going to be the better route to go?

You will want to go with the 4set and shoulders/chest off tier. There's no need for the extra stats that you would get by sacrificing the 2/4 set (assuming 1 strength < 2 mastery with 50% crit).
Wait a little more for the final class tweaks and you'll know what's better as soon as people start simcrafting.
