Ideal applicants have a consistent background of not being complete morons, are well-versed in all aspects of their class and are at least collecting secrets of the empire (but preferably already have their metagem).

Organization
We're all in the same guild now so just be online 10-15 minutes early. During raids we use Mumble for communication.
