Secondary Resource Addon?

Heya. Until now, I've been making due by setting up simple WeakAuras bars to track secondary resources, like Chi and Demonic Fury. I do kinda dig the art on the default Blizzard bars for that stuff, and was wondering if anybody knew of an addon that lets you position those kind of bars, universally across characters if at all possible. I know you can do it with MoveAnything, but last time I used it it involved enabling the default health bar and moving it off the screen as to not hide the resource bar, because I assume those are parented together or something? That, and it was just generally sorta prone to throwing errors at me.

So yeah, really just looking for a simple addon that doesn't change the art or add functionality.
