Holy priests' proc per minute is 0.58 to our 0.41 using 608 i-level.
Their healing style is most similar to a resto shaman with healing rain being a primary difference.
Suppose they balanced the RPPM around healing rain being down near 100% of the time.
My question is if these RPPMs are new to PTR or have they been on the cloak from the beginning of this PTR cycle (with wowhead revealing what's been hidden all along).
The build that changes the cloak RPPM by spec hasn't been uploaded to the PTR yet. On all of the 25 man PTR testing so far, we have had a 0.58 PPM for the healer cloak for all specs.
