    My list:

Xena and Gabrielle - anyone who says they're weren't lover is kidding themselves, even Lucy Lawless says she played it that way.

Chichton and D'argo - epic relationship, the last scene with them too is still the funniest but saddest scene for me in all of Farscape.

Han and Chewie - even without the Life Debt, they'll still hang, because they're bros! Also... it took a MOON crashing into him to kill Chewie... dude's badass.

Xander, Willow and Buffy - brilliant triangle, it got better once they stopped all being in love with each other.

Bill Adama and Saul Tigh - they've been BFF's for more than 30 years and their combined skills kept the Galactica alive. You KNOW a friendship is strong when it can survive one of them turning out to be a frakkin CYLON!

the Emmond's Field boys - Even though they spend the majority of the series apart, they're still linked forever, now THAT's a strong bond.

Mappo and Icarium from Malazan - you know a friendship is strong when them not being friends anymore heralds the end of the world as we know it

Mulder and Scully - Although this one probably went beyond friendship, it's still the core of the series for me (the seasons after Mulder left were great, mostly because T1000 turned out to be a great actor, but they don't compare to the early seasons)

Roland the his Ka-tet... both of them - it doesn't matter if it's the old school trio of Roland, Cuthbert and Alain (should we include Jaimie DeCurry?) or the Ka-tet of 19, Roland, Eddie, Susannah and Jake, Roland knows how to build a strong relationship with the people he inevitably steps over to get to the tower .

and the of course the greatest friendship, one so strong it eventually creates a utopian society that unites our species with the animals, brings the planets into line and allows contact with aliens. Bill and Ted!

    party on dudes!

Tbh the whole series is basically a catalogue of extraordinary friendships , you want to know who your real friends are, they're the ones beside you in the shieldwall when you're facing a horde of K'Chain Nah'ruk!

Other than that: Turk and JD. I'm surprised nobody mentioned them yet.

    Scrubs is Sci-fi/Fantasy?

I'm going to have to go with Tas/Fizban as well, what's more epic than being friends with a god?

not sure if this count but, Qvothe and denna from kingkiller chronicles is a freindship/courtship/"itscomplicated" that will be remembered

and then we have Fitzchivalry farseer and The fool/Lord Golden (or that to his wolf tbh)

but the greatest "friendship" of them all, Nicomo cosca, Famous soldier of fortune and his precious strong drink
