New to Enh and confuse about stats priority

Hi guys, I'm kinda new to enh (ms resto for few years) and i would like to know, I saw on few website the stats priority and, all of them are different
Some say full mastery, other full haste, other haste=mastery.. i dont get it !
(my dps on dummy is steady, 95-100k dps)

Atm im 501 iL and I dunno wich stats i should go for; Here is my armory link:

Note that I have the Rune of RE-Origination LFR and legendary meta, so i guess i wont got for haste=mastery :/?

Atm my stats are:
Mastery: 42.84% (8051)
Haste: 36.06% (5288)
Crits: 22.39% (3141)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Bad juju+rentaki? spam haste, 2haste will outperform 1 agi even for a EM/PE spec(till 5.4)

anything else= agi mainfocus, mastery secondary.

5.4 prio seems to revert back to the agi/mastery as they butcher the RPPM mechanic (and thereby ToT drop trinkets) haste scaling.

And if you insist on using RoO, you should be balancing your secondaries, but RoO is bad for enh anyway as finetuning gets ruined by flurry giving haste, unless you plan on balancing it around the +flurry haste which resorts to more numbers to be calculated. And in the end the effort isn't worth it as the trinket itself is bad.

ok i see, but this is what i got in 2 weeks of os so... its not like i can predict trinket's drop :P but i see the point, until i get these two trinket, i should go mastery and anyway 5.4 is in two weeks so, i keep stacking mastery ? then haste ?

You are correct, stick with mastery.

Do not swap untill you have those two trinkets and the meta.

However, with 5.4 RPPM is in the dirt and we will 99% likely be returning to Mastery anyway. Sooo I wouldnt bother

It is, but because of the RPPM it benefits more from haste, that combined with the Meta benefiting more from haste as well as the switch to PE/AS/EM.

As I said though, in 2 weeks this information will be totally incorrect.

Well doesn't really matter to me, as i never liked the PE talent, so i always sticked to the EotE/UE combo, with the slight variation of using AS when the people said haste was the new thing.
