527 lock LF new home (13/13hm pref)

I am currently only 527 ilvl as I took a break from WOW during the summer. Currently only 7/13hm, but Ive done attempts on Meg, Durumu, & Consorts. Really the only thing that has held me back was the group I was in.

Looking for a guild that is 13/13hm and looking to progress fast in 5.4. (Also considering guilds that are not 13/13, but a legitimate reason such as you are a new guild or took a break would be nice). Only looking for a semi-hardcore guild, nothing too serious, but I want a guild that is very confident in getting Cutting Edge for 5.4.

I currently reside on Illidan, but am willing to server transfer. I am NOT willing to faction change, and am only looking for HORDE guilds. Paid xfer is also a plus (willing to trade for gold as well).

Looking to raid around 8-12hrs a week. I am available at the following times:
M-Th @ 6pm PST until whenever
F @ 4:30pm PST - 9pm PST
Sat @ morning until 9pm PST
No Sundays
