Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

So I'm trying to full screen a twitch video on my second monitor, but because I have it muted it reverts back to non full screen the second i switch focus to my primary monitor. This only occurs when the stream is 100% muted.
Anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Got no fix, but couldn't you like just set the sound to 1%?

You need to make the stream pop out, the button next to fullscreen.

Then it constantly sounds like theres a quiet echo, annoying as all hell.
