I'm not sure how you can hold the political party responsible for the actions of it's nutcases. It'd fairly ridiculous to threaten to boot an entire political group who were LEGALLY elected into office over the bad actions of their followers.

That's not what I was hinting at.. I was hinting at him condoning taking actions against political parties just because one does not agree with their views/opinions/policies. Unless the leader is responsible for it he should not be arrested nor should any other members, only the person responsible for it should be arrested.

I still think that's his stance. He doesn't care about what's right and what's wrong, only about race. You can read it in every thread he posts in.

Let me fix that for you:

It's always a good thing if it happens to people whose political strategy is beating up harmless African and Pakistani merchants and day laborers.

I'm Greek, I am on the right side of the spectrum, I am also fed up with Greece's open-door immigration, a tiny nation that allows in millions of migrants.

But I would never dream to beat some poor, hard-working immigrant just trying to improve his life or support his family. It's not the foreigners from the Near East and Africa posing an existential crisis to Greece, the foreigners doing that are in Brussels and the capitals of the EU master-states, not to mention the bastards in the Greek parliament, left and right.

Greece is still a client-state of the EU, crippled under the yoke of an austerity program that is destroying the country slowly, but even something minor like neo-Nazis being run off is good news. I just wish we could outlaw the communists as well.

I honestly blame the degraded education system for why some fool Greek would support an ideology like Nazism. Proportionally, Greeks were the third biggest population liquidated by Nazi policies after Russia and Poland. Why some ignorant ass would join up with an ideology that was responsible for the deaths of so many of his own countrymen.

But then again, I could also ask the same of Greek communists as well.

Yes, because if we ban people from saying something, it'll stop them from thinking it. That always works.

The problem is that left-wing is modern communism. They're just getting rid of their opposition.
But I will respond to that last paragraph. Nazism is National Socialism. It has nothing to do with Germany, Poland, Hungary or Greece.

I'm not calling for banning idiocy, if we did, most of the world would be banned.

But a party that's base policy is violence and intimidation of non-Greeks? I have no issues going after them legally and politically. You can't stop the idiots from thinking like idiots, but you can mitigate the damage they can cause in the government.

Is it the party (leader) ordering such actions or is it supporters who do it without orders from the party (leader)?

I said I'd be fine banning Greece's communist party as well. They've killed and hurt people as well.

I'd never support nazism in my country, but then again, I'm not some uneducated fool getting fed propaganda that our problems are all the fault of those evil non-whites.

And you don't see a problem with communists banning their opposition?

Where do you go for good Greek food in Vancouver?

I've never had good Moussaka before, but I actually do like a lot of eggplant dishes - it's a very tricky vegetable to cook with though!

If a behavior becomes a common trend from followers of the party is the damage then less if the leader of the party does not directly request it? Not sure i am in favor generally speaking of banning political parties but when you evaluate the party then if the speech causes reactions that have not been specifically requested is the harm not still due to the party?

The party can not and should not be held responsible for people who act autonomously. If that was the case then I should be blaming the left in Sweden for the damage(Or attempt to cause damage) caused by the Revolutionary Front. I don't do that because I realize that no matter what the parties say those people will still act on their beliefs, regardless if the parties condone or condemn their actions.

Communists have historically done with what becomes my concern just as much as the right. You can agitate mobs and cause actions without actually requesting it. And yes communists do (did?) love agitating mobs.

I did not say they could convict anyone but denying responsibility when the party spews out hate speech about immigrants and babbles about throwing them in camps and people start getting hostile .. i am not buying that line

No, but killing someone, assaulting people and inciting violence is. Apparently surveilance and testimonies point out that the party's leaders were aware that all sorts of criminal acts were happening. Thus, they were not arrested for being fascist, but because the party was deemed to be a criminal organisation, kinda like a terrorist cell. This is why the greek anti-terrorism squad is in charge.

Being aware of =/= Being able to do something about it. Could they do something about it or were they responsible for it?

Mooneye you don't know this case so it's only natural that you'd ask that. They are not acting on their own. The murderer was sitting with his family in his house watching football game when he received calls from many people. He drove there with 2 other and killed that man. Police were already on the spot when this happened and that s why he was arrested immediately. He received orders from higher-ups and his and their phone records are being investigated to put this thing together. They were not just aware, they ordered it. That's how this organisation works, total discipline.
