    What's even more hilarious is the constant nerfs the talent has received like every tier and it always comes back for a different spec.

    What? It doesn't have anything to do with the other specs, it just scaled well into this tier for destruction along with the buffs.

    Yup, they really should just fix pets to scale with mastery. It's because they don't (for aff and destro) that Sac will eventually come out ahead and need nerfs as ilvls increase.

    The reason it no longer scales [as] well with affliction because it only modifies Malefic Grasp/Drain Soul, Haunt, and Fel Flame Damage. With Aff no where near as reliant on Malefic Grasp channeling it's unlikely it will outscale Sup at any point in the tier. Destruction receives more benefit from this particular grimoire because all the main rotational abilities (except immolate) receive the single target bonus.

    I wasn't talking about specific ilvls this tier, just long-term general design. Pets need to scale from mastery in order to tune GoSac appropriately.
