T15 4 Set useless now ?

So, I have been using T15 for a while now but after the recent nerf I was wondering if it is worth keeping. I currently have 4 piece T15, and was wondering if I should drop to 2 piece T15 and 2 piece T16. I haven't been lucky enough to grab any more tier pieces, so 4 piece T16 is not an option right now.

Currently, T16 Normal is better than T15 Heroic now just for the stats increase.
I used the T15 4-set and swapped it out for 2 HC pieces and 1 HC Warforged piece, the DPS seemed alot higher from the first 2 bosses when I had the old 4-set equipped.
