US Malganis Horde <Dìstinct Advantage> 10 man recruiting

Hello,
About us- Dìstinct Advantage is a lvl 25 HORDE guild on Malganis. We are a newly formed guild with people from different guilds, come together for 1 purpose, to push heroics in 10 man. Are you currently in a good guild but currently a back up? Or are you currently in a guild that you feel is holding you back due to others raid awareness, attendance, or just overall a bad group? Or finally did you just get back to the game and have heroic exp, but your gear isnt just there yet? Those are the people we are looking for.

Our raid times and days- We are currently going to be raiding Tues, Wens and Sunday. 8PM-12 PM server time for our progression. When we have the majority of things on farm we will drop to 8PM-11PM server time.

Loot- Look will be given out through Loot Council. We will have a list that will be dedicated to gear and who it would be the best upgrade for. We will do loot council based on progression and whats best for you and us to move forward.

Current roster-
Pally tank- ilvl 554 14/14 exp
Warrior tank-ilvl 555 1/14 Heroic exp
Pally heals- ilvl 556 13/14 exp
Hunter-ilvl 554 13/14 exp
Ele Sham -ilvl 558 14/14 exp
We need more, we plan to start this raiding as a guild not this Tues, but next. So theres time to get you in here. WE WANT YOU! Plan is to do 2 weeks of normal full clearing to finish out peoples 4 sets then go straight into heroics. But we need a full squad!

What we need-
Warlock
Mage
Disc Priest
Boomkin/Resto druid Most fights will be 2 healed but you would heal on 3 heal fights.
And the last spot is a toss up between Rogue, DK, or Feral druid. Only 1 melee for us.

Requirements- We would like people to be 540+. With exp in SoO. And either have your legendary cloak, or will have it in roughly 2 or 3 weeks. You must have raid awareness. No tunneling. You need to know you class inside and out. We will not keep someone that is not willing to improve at their mistakes.
