no he isn't, that map is after the dark portal has been opened, were going to when there was no dark portal. there was no way for deathwing to get from Azeroth to Draenor yet.

Deathwing can't be there yet, Deathwing came from Azeroth to Draenor through the dark portal, were going to Draenor before the dark portal, Deathwing cannot be there.

either
1) before the portal was used to connect Draenor to Azeroth it was used to allow Demons to enter Draenor
or
2) It has been built but has not been activated yet.
