Everything looks good to me, but I'd hold off on buying the bigger parts such as the CPU and GPU until cyber monday. I'm waiting for the R9 290x to go on sale. I'm sure you can find the 760 for a better price than that on monday.

I can get a gtx 760 hawk for like $230 on newegg but not sure if I want to wait for shipment >.<
