-After Boss, answer 10 random skill testing questions in regards to Boss Mechanics and your class/role
-Calculate Results
-If Pass; Receive Epics!!!!
-Type Mantra 10 times in chat to proceed: "I WILL NOT BE A PRICK TO OTHER PEOPLE"
-repeat for other bosses
-When geared; move on to flex pugs and prosper

Most pricks in LFR I've noticed are the raiders who feel they are "ABOVE THE LFR-crowd", and thus would rather AFK or throw a wrench in the whole plan than actually helping out and being a decent sport.

Them and the people who think they know whats going on when they obviously don't, afkers and of course trolls(which is more or less what you pointed out).

maybe i don't run LFR often enough, but I've had nothing but great runs. people joking with each other, prompt heals, no bashing, etc.

How about:

Ask the questions, if they fail give lfr gear but lock them for flex, normal and hero a month.
If they pass they enter Flex and have no lock on the other raids.

working well, imo.

Polish that horseshoe my friend, you must play it at a good time or you are just really lucky. The forums have a way of over dramatizing how bad LFR is but there is certainly some truth to it.

That is healthy, it is always nice to know that there are some positive experiences going on, silence is better then bitching. I've had some good LFRs but when LFR is bad it is usually bad in a most memorable way, someone starts running their mouth and then a big flame fest begins.

for me personally. i skim the journal for each boss to see what to expect(even though i prefer hands on experience.) and sometimes if we wipe i will go back and reread just in case i missed something to first time.
