1/14H LFM for SoO Guild Runs (Fri/Sat 9-12)

<Regression> is a new 10 man raiding guild on US-Lightbringer formed by raiders from several different guilds.

Raid Times
Our raid times are Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:00PM to 12:00AM PST.

Current Makeup
Our current raid makeup is Protection Paladin, Combat Rogue, Frost Death Knight, Frost Mage, Survival Hunter, Shadow Priest, Disc Priest, Balance Druid, and Holy Paladin.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Druid or Monk tank (may also consider Warrior or DK) of at least ~555 ilvl, and enough experience to jump right into heroics.

Loot Distribution
Loot will be distributed based on loot council. Our main goal is to keep loot as diplomatic and fair as possible while still helping the raid progress as best as possible. We've seen many people in the past be more concerned with the purples they get than the bosses they kill.

Who are we?
Many of our raiders are individuals who just don't have the time to commit to a 9, 12, or 15 hour raiding schedule but still want to progress as far as possible. Because of this our raid philosophy is that each raider needs to be responsible for his or her own self. Strategies need to be learned ahead of time so that as little time as possible is spent "learning" the fight. Gear needs to be gemmed and enchanted. Raiders need to be online at least 15 minutes before the start of raid.

We are not a hardcore guild and do not require a set attendance, but it will be assumed that those missing a substantial amount of time, not learning strategies, or having a general apathy towards the raid and raiders do not want to be here.
