you could see if you could get a combo from Blusher and maybe a finisher from Mascara! I hear that's where all the good dmg is from

You should read the stickies, but low ilvl Mut is usually agi > hit (7.5%) > mastery > expertise (7.5%) > haste > crit. Use ShadowCraft for a more specific answer.

it is spelled Rogue not Rouge that is a make up. There is all I can help with lol.
