Dream Team (Magtheridon) 10M 7/14H LF DPS/Tank OS and Ranged DPS

Dream Team is a 10M horde guild on Magtheridon. We have been around since cataclysm and most of our core group has been around since Burning Crusade. We are a semi-hardcore guild that is focused on progression. We joke around and have fun in vent during raids, but at the same time we can down bosses.
Here is some key info for us:

Server is Eastern time. We raid Tues 8-10, Sunday 6-10, Monday 8-10.

We use a loot council style loot system and we are very fair and award items based on upgrades and performance.

We run logs and good performance is expected.

We provide food, flasks, pots, for core raiders who have earned it.

We use vent and a mic and talking is required. We are getting to the harder heroics and being vocal during fights are key.

We are currently looking for a (550+ Warrior/Pally DPS with 550+Tank OS) (Any other DPS/Tank OS could be viable for the right person) for Shamans. Role would be 90% dps but tank could be needed and is required for an OS. We prefer someone with heroic experience this tier but could be open to less progress for exceptional play.

We are also looking for 550+ warlock that is a master at his class.

We are also open to other exceptional Ranged DPS only. Please have logs ready and typically we would ask for a overall 90% +parser to double up on a class in our group
