Looking for a quick and dirty beginner guide to GPU OC

It came with EVGA Precision X.

Where do I start? Whats safe? Seems I can boost GPU, Mem, and Voltage.

Use MSI Afterburner, first increase GPU clock by 20 until your games crash with DX error, then go back previous setting or give it +X% power if you want to keep current clock.
Same with Mem.
I would advise not to mess with voltage, unless you don't care how long the GPU lasts.
