Good way to find a solid gold challenge mode group?

Hello there with the recent news of challenge mode gear being removed I'd like to at least get the set on my warrior, unfortunately I don't have the gold or guildies to do them. I do however have the skill to be able to, so with that being said does anybody have some advice on how to find a group?

I've never used reddit guess i'll have to learn. Can you not get gold cross realm?

you can, try openraid and oqueue. you will most liklely find a group there.

Learn tactics from videos, appropriately gear your character (aim for more secondary stats and more gem slots). Once you've done that - get OQueue as well as use OpenRaid. You could end up in a group banging your head against a wall for hours, but you'll get them done eventually.
I ended up getting 10 new players on RealID that are spamming me daily to do CMs with them after using OQueue as an Ele shaman. Russians and everything. Don't expect to get as much love as a warrior though. Unless you're tanking there are a lot of better alternatives for groups to chose from.
