Looking for suggestions for a build

I'm planning to spend between $900-1100 US on a full build. I already have monitors, a keyboard and a mouse, so don't worry about that. I would prefer to order everything from Newegg; I have some gift cards for the site.

    Requirements:
WoW on at least High, with the ability to stream and/or Fraps.
Room for at least 2 monitors.
Not horrendously complicated to assemble. (Not my first build, but I did one for a friend recently that involved water cooling and a bunch of other shit I'd rather not do again.)
Nothing over priced for the sake of being flashy. (Cases are a big culprit of this, I've found.)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

(Before someone links me Marest's thread, I'm aware of it. Thank you.)
