Do you consider the Horde to be "the bad guys" or is it more complex?

I've been noticing that after HS'ing to shrine of seven stars in pandaria, i do not always get that rested status, so i can't log out immediately etc. Does anyone else had that bug? Tried to google a bit but got nothing. Started week or two ago, there was some minor patch IIRC?
I already reported that bug but i'd like to know if it happens to others. Feels stupid to run outside and back in after HS. Not really tested it but may happen only if i HS to shrine from my farm's inn.

I've had that for a long time. Just walk out the door and back in and it's fine. Could be cross-realm related but I'm not sure. It's been a while since it last happened so I've forgotten the precise circumstances.

Happened to me earlier today, seems like the rested effect sometimes only trigger when you get the movement speed buff from Taican

I've noted this as well; mostly just run out then back in and then log. A minor annoyance, but I haven't chalked it up to anything more than that.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
