[H] <The Crusade> Is currently transitioning to a 25 Man Raiding Guild in preparation for “WoD”. In 25 Man SoO we are currently 8/14 Heroic. Only been raiding for two weeks on 25m. We need dedicated players looking to make progress on Heroic Content and hopefully be ready to raid WoD Content come the expansion.

AMAZING players of the following classes are desired for immediate raid spots:

(570 ilvl ) Exp not required, but appreciated

2 Healers at least 1 monk.

Raiding Schedule:
08:00PM - 12:00PM EST
Thursday and Friday


Alt Raiding
Many of our players have alts that are geared enough to do normal 10 Man SoO. On non raid days impromptu alt raids may occur. Keep an eye on guild chat, if the demand for alt raids increases we may setup a calendar invite for alts.

Note: Raids usually conclude before schedule, but can sometimes exceed the schedule

What do we expect from you?

1. Don't be late as you'll likely get replaced.
2. Try to give 24-48 hours or more notice on your status, this shouldn't be a lot to ask.
3. Once you make the commitment to show by clicking accept, please follow through.
4. Work to get any upgrades you can, don't just expect epics to be given to you.
5. Know the encounters.

Experience:

We are looking for players that are preferably 14/14 with some Heroic Experience and 570 or higher ivl.

Dedication:

Those who show up on time, prepared, preform well, and keep a high attendance ratio will naturally be chosen to raid above those who do not.
