Need Help

I believe that I have made a dire mistake in upgrading my gear 4 times. Yes I have all the war forged from Ordos, but I still have some flex and timeless, my gear score is 571. My issue is my DPS does not reflect the gear score. I am a BM hunter and my DPS averages 250K, i have been kicked form two runs now and this is a bit discouraging. Is there any other BM hunters that can share some advice, rotation or any other tidbits to help me not get kicked from raid groups? I asked one of the hunters in the last group that i got kicked from for advice and said quit the game.......Please help.
