Relatively new to HPally, read up some stuff, got the basics down but I am looking to highly improve UI and see what you guys are using, would like to track procs and CDs as much as possible, including hands,

Depending on how you like your layout there are several already out there. Shuttle has his up on icy-veins.com. There's a few youtube videos if you just type in holy pally weak auras with the links to their pastebins.
