You can't beat the Stanley Parable, the game beats you.

Pulled the trigger on Tomb Raider.

Bought tons of games this sale already. More than I've bought in years.

I know what you mean. For all the people saying how terrible this sale is, I'm sitting here wondering how I've spent so much money and we still have so many days left. I have 30 games on my wishlist that still haven't even hit dailies or flash deals....my wallet is already crying in a corner.

Don't worry guys, there's usually like ONE sale where you buy tons of things. I spent over 150€ last summer sales and only a little less than 10€ on this one so far.

Still think this summer sales isn't bad or worse than previous ones, it's just that I've done my big shopping during the last ones already

You know when you have too much games when you have to look at your game library to see if you have that game or not. Mass effect 3 is really not on steam? Who the fuck made that crappy decision?

Still waiting on Alice: Madness Returns to some on sale, I don't think I saw it in last steams deal thing.

a potentially silly question: am i correct in thinking that if i buy ME1 & 2 on steam it means i don't need to have origin to play those?

    I let you guess.
Hint: it starts with E and ends up with A

Confirmed. ME3 is Origin only though...so until they cave in the future, it's the best you'll get.

If you used the Enhanced Steam google plugin or look in the fine print the games on Steam will tell you if you need other DRM. I only bought ME 1-2 b/c they were not on Origin.

Bought MGR:Revengeance. Makes my total so far 1 game and 5 DLC. There's 1 or 2 more games I want, but waiting for either a flash/daily/community deal or the last day.
Also note that the DLC isn't available on steam either. You have to get it from Bioware and IMO is still pretty expensive despite all these years.

No reason for them to cave, EA has it's own distribution platform.

Steam is having issues right now. I saw that too, it went back to the normal store page.

Figured it was a bug, so I exited the program and tried to reconnect. Appears Steams service is having trouble, as I cant even reconnect right now.
There is a thin line between not knowing and not caring, and I like to think that I walk that line every day.
