Glad you posted pics otherwise we would only have a very vague idea of what you actually looked like.

On a serious note, 170lb at 6'1" is pretty thin, especially depending on how your weight is distributed. That being said, it's not so thin that anyone other than bodybuilders or fat people would call you out on it.

If you feel good with yourself, fuck the haters.

3 years ago i was very skinny, 1,81m and 65 Kg, i decided to gain weight and went to 75 Kg. Some people call me fat, rofl, i think they were just used to see me as very skinny. The opposite happened to you.

But, honestly, without seeing any photos with 1,86m, a few more KGs wouldn't hurt, specially if you are aiming for muscles. But gain that with only healthy food and exercise.

not trolling. stating facts. those weight/height/age ratio charts at the doctors do wonders.
Height/weight/age ratio charts are the stupidest thing that anyone has ever embraced in medicine. By far. Would you call an NFL running back fat? NO?! Well, A lot of them weigh about 230 at 6' tall. I guess they're fat. Or...they're just built like tanks. Height/weight/age doesn't factor in muscle mass or bone frame, both of which are real factors.

Athlete levels of muscle are rare. BMI is highly correlated with obesity for most people, with 95% of men and 99% of women that are obese by BMI also being obese by body fat percentage (source). Most people that are 6', 230 are in fact fat. Those that are actually walking around with six packs and monster quads are well aware that they're not obese.

Yeah there is a reason why I don't have Facebook.

If I had to choose between spending the rest of my life in prison, or creating a Facebook account, I'd go to prison.

Same here. I'll most likely end up in prison soon anyway because it's hard to resist to not punch people when they say ''*arrogant tone* You don't have Facebook?! *arrogant tone*''

People went from OMG you are fat to OMG you are too skinny!

I'm 1.84m -ish in height (long time since I measured myself, but I'm not more than 1.86m). I feel extremely well with myself and my self confidence has gone through the roof. I have increased my weight lifting capability BY A LOT. I have a visible six pack (YAY!) and some nice muscle definition (nothing unnatural though as I don't even take processed protein, all my protein intake is from natural sources eg. meat, eggs etc).
    I guess you can't please people... /endrant.

You must have done something right then if people have noticed. Focus on the positive.

There's only two people who you should listen to regarding your body weight and those are yourself and your doctor.

The rest can just belt up (or not, if they're fatties).

    I'm 1,84m and 75 kgs, and I consider myself fat (19~20% BF).

I can't see how anyone could possibly think you're skinny with 78 kgs...

That's absolute BS. A tall, muscluar woman can easily weigh 78kg and not look fat in the slightest. All those charts completely ignore so many different aspects of how people are built as individuals.

http://www.mybodygallery.com/search.html A very good website about how different weight looks completely different on people.

There is no such thing as perfect weight:height ratio.

It is just created by fitness center to get more members.

My point is, are today's beauty standards even feasible? When I started working out, I had ancient Greek statues in mind. To me, this is what a healthy body should look like. And I'm starting to get there eventually. But if that's considered even remotely skinny then I really don't know what to say.
Everyone has their own definition of beauty, you can't please everyone.

I'm 194cm and 70kg and I'm just fine so I assume you're not too skinny either.

OP, don't worry about it (too much). It's true: You can't please everyone, and some people you simply can't please regardless of what you do.
How can someone who is 184 cm weight 48kg and still be alive? I'm calling shenanigans on this one. A typo perhaps?
