how well will this setup run wow ? and most other games at 1080p ?

It will do decently. You might have difficulty with some really high end games like Crysis 3 if you try to max settings, but for WOW it should work fine.

For crysis 3, "high end" means "implemented badly", don't worry about that game make sure your motherboard allows you to overclock.

I would actually try to bump the video card up to a 770, or if you're not dead set on Nvidia, the R9-280x outperforms the 770 while being cheaper.

For the higher end cards, R9-290 outperforms the 780 while being cheaper
780ti outperforms the R9-290x by about 10%, while costing significantly more

So... 780ti > R9-290x > R9-290 > 780 > R9-280x > 770 > R9-280 > 760

The 280x is the best performance for the money in the price range you're going.
