What addon is Maeby using to track his energy and combo points? I really like it, especially the fade out effect.

As for guesses - it could be weakauras which he set up himself.

If it's not Weakauras then I'm not sure what it is. There is a stickies thread with all Weakauras for each spec so that's always a great place to start and you can customize where they are and how they look to fit your needs.
