As much as I'd like to say high elves I fear that their inclusion would simply result in yet another intriguing race having much of their depth stripped away for no reason other than to make them almost completely subservient to the human race. I'm a huge fan of elves, though it's disappointing to see that the high elves are very lacking in a distinct culture or anything resembling goals that stretch beyond opposing the blood elves in a very contrived manner to prolong the faction conflict.

So with that in mind I'd have to go with naga - on the condition that they were implemented in a way that didn't make them lose much of their grit or charm. Ideally they'd still be loyal to Azshara in secret and working against both factions in a manner similar to the Forsaken.
