Don't worry dude, they will fix this by buffing all other classes to be on par in damage
No but seriously, they haven't tuned any numbers yet, so it is to be expected for now.
I never said they would fix pvp (obviously they aren't capable of doing anything of that sort) But im quite sure they won't allow warriors to do 250k executes.
Edit: That said, the diveristy of classes in arenas atm is the best it has ever been, the problem right now is the core design of pvp where it is reliant on instant spells and rng. (jk warlocks and shamans)
As much as I want to believe that, Blizzard have shown time and time again that they don't listen to feedback in regards to mechanics. Even if the numbers are tuned properly, like TfB was for PvE, it was still an absolutely retarded mechanic for PvP yet it made it through beta. S5 Ret/DKs also comes to mind.
I don't have a problem with literally 1 shotting people if RNG allows me. (avatar, recklessness, trinket proc + use, 60 rage execute crit during colossus smash = 400k)
Warriors will be crazy strong at the start of the expansion, subsequently over-nerfed so they are rubbish mid expansion, then over-buffed so they are strong again at the end of the expansion.
This has been happening for many expansions now, that video almost isn't a suprise. I wouldn't be shocked if some incarnation of what happened in that video actually made it to live.
Beta... but you never know if they let it go through. It's like they don't even play the game
Even if they nerfed that 50% it would still be ridiculous thats why dmg tuning won't fix it. Also s5, s9, s12 say hello on their beta fixing skills.
Execute isn't the only issue on my beta warrior I've seen 90k cs, 150k, ms's 270k executes on players. Their arms dmg design is hard hitting moves arms will still being playing with mop burst while everyone else is in wod.. The only way out of this is to completely redo arms again and that won't happen in beta given past history. Dmg tuning will not take those down to the 20-40k crits we're seeing from other classes.

I've levelled a couple classes on the beta so far and warrior feels WAYYY too powerful, I literally one shot mobs with mortal strike let alone sudden death procs and this is a premade char with minimum item level. And it's not even just that, just in comparison to other classes (rogue for example), it's basically God. Pull what you want, it doesn't matter, you won't die - You'll be getting fed victory rush procs every 2 seconds.
I'm not saying that it's not just that mobs are undertuned either, it's not 'hard' to kill mobs as any class, but I feel like warriors really haven't been tweaked correctly with their numbers yet, not even close.
Oh no, something looks broken on a beta for an add on that most likely will only barely make it to be released within this year, maybe in the next year.
Wait so after the squish we're going to be jumping up from ~30k hp (WotLK end game) to ~300k hp (MoP start) in one expansion?
This squish is going to be freaking useless. ilvls are going to scale like insanity once again and people in the last tier of WoD will be soloing previous raid tiers and it'll make getting into PvP as a fresh max level just as annoying as it is now on live.
And Holinka is likely address things like these. It'll get changed, in fact, I don't even know if they'll keep Sudden Death the way they've been iterating on warriors the past couple of months.

The optimistic people in this thread make me giggle honestly. The same is true of the "BUT IT'S BETA" people. In the MoP beta warriors were horribly broken the entire time and they went live in that state. The MoP beta lasted a while and people said the same thing "IT'S JUST BETA." The whole beta argument doesn't work. At all.
It wouldn't surprise me if warriors went live the way they are honestly and it shouldn't surprise anyone else.
If you ever wonder how dumb people really are then consider this: even in the golden age of smart heals dumb people still find ways to die.
Sensationalist threads like this one should be more closely moderated, what's the point of complaining about damage tuning that hasn't been done yet? It only results on the majority of players that never went past 1.7k in arena or just do rbgs complaining about how their class is weak and X class is OP.
Stampede was an hidden bug, it wasn't an unbalanced mechanic. Did you even bother to read what happened to that ability?oh...how stampede is so easily forgotten.
We should be much more concerned about gameplay instead of numbers: despite the instant cc, a warlock/mage can still spam fear/poly on you, effectively locking you on your cooldowns, and melee cleaves can still cc like crazy.
well that's what happens when you dumb down a spec that's already dumb. im gonna play my warrior with an NES controller next expansion.
watch out guys ugon git rekt
No, the nerf of 75% was due the bug: stampede was accidentally ignoring pvp resilience. The ability stopped being OP to just become "great" and still that led to (besides the fact of some pet's abilities) the removal of special abilities from pets. Do you see anyone saying stamped is great now? Any player should be 10 times more concerned about a frozen orb (with 1minute cooldown!) than a hunter stampede. All this input is naturally towards 3v3 arena: stampede damage in Pve/bgs is hardly important, since all that can simply be tuned down in terms of damage: just like the warrior situation mentioned by the OP.
Blizzard already stated that the main issue with warriors (after the tbf nerf ofc) was too much control: that is being clearly toned down (you can see that by watching beta pvp streams), and any damage imbalance should wait before damage tuning. If it's still OP after that stage, then we will be right to complain. I guess OP has somewhat of a point though: blizzard tends to be kind of slow noticing these situations, and even with the stampede issues mentioned, they could had worked a bit harder and faster to localize the bug.
