WoD Stat Priority: Mastery > Haste > Multistrike > Crit > Versatility

Keep in mind that BiS in WoD is a loose term. You'll have warforged heroic dungeon drops (630 vs 636ilvl) and it will probably not be optimal to get too much of one stat over the others. For example, you probably don't want the ratio of mastery to haste to go above a certain number. However, having a general idea about gear is always interesting.

Except trinkets and weapons, all dungeon bosses drop the same "random" items for each slots. They also have a chance to be warforged. This is the current list of all possible rolls for each slots:

Surely BiS Pre-raid should include anything other than raid gear. ie DMF trinkets, craftables etc.. if you're just listing 630 stuff surely its just a 'dungeon gear' list.

He's right though, this is not remotely a BiS list. You can get a higher ilvl item in almost every slot pre-raid (without needing drop luck).

5 slots Apexis (645 w/ 1st upgrade), Craftable back (655 w/ 1st upgrade), 3 slots crafted (655), Darkmoon card (640).

So 10 slots are already covered, the only things you might need from heroic dungeons are one trinket, two rings, a neck, and one of [Shoulder, Chest or Feet]. (That is, if you are willing to put enough effort into a good pre-raid gear.)

It's still interesting to see where which item drops, however I prefer using wowhead for that.

Well, yeah, when the OP gets to the DMF, crafted, etc. options, the list will change a bit. That's the point of saying "work in progress".

Besides, lots of BiS list posters offer options 1-5 (or so).

Obviously like some people already pointed out, the list isn't done yet. So far I did the "heroic dungeon "BiS"". I haven't looked at the Apexis gear a lot yet. However, as far as I know, I'm not sure if it's even possible to farm that amount (in a short time). 630ilvl apexis gear = ~3k to 5k crystals, then to upgrade it to 645ilvl you need between 9k-12k. You also need to save up ~5k apexis for the legendary quest chain. The daily group quest gives you 1000 apexis crystals and some work orders can bring a little. For the rest, you're stuck to farming mobs (1 crystal per level 100 mob). Doesn't seem efficient. Apexis gear feels more like "valor" gear without a hard weekly cap on "points". Crafted gear exists but it would be false to assume that everyone will have enough resources to get all of them.

I'm mainly doing this list for myself... it's just to see all possible gear options in a small and concise list without having to browse endlessly through wowhead

Is the exact distribution of haste, crit and mastery based on anything scientific? It looks a bit arbitrary.
