Shaman Spec WOD

Question I have not been up to date with patch notes or really anything for WOD what Spec seems to be the best over all for DPS currently I am Elemental and if it looks like its going to be Enchancement i would like to know so i can start to switch

We are currently in number tuning but as of today the shammy specs are getting screwed in their respective groups (melee/caster) a little, hopefully its temporary.

In general it looks like blizzard wants to make melee dps slightly higher than ranged at least in terms of patchwerk, likely to make them seen as less of a penalty to take. I wouldn't expect this to change drastically and melee will probably be slightly higher than ranged through the first tier, leaving enhancement over elemental.
