The only other country I've been to outside of the US is Canada, and only parts of two provinces, so it's not fair me to to really say anything but NA because I can't make a fair judgement based on pictures and history lessons...and the crap you hear on TV which should always be taken with a grain of salt.

Either way, 'Europe' and 'NA' have so much diversity, it's hard to compare them as two separate places fairly. The US is huge, there is so much diversity just within the different regions of the US it almost feels like multiple countries as it is.

That being said, I do believe I'd be happy enough in many European countries or Canada, because I'd still be able to do all the things I like to do. There are pros and cons living anywhere on the planet, and it's not perfect anywhere.

Not really a fair comparison. Mediterranean food consists of cuisines from an array of different countries. True Mexican cuisine, not Tex-Mex, comes from just one.
