No. Based on the most recent sims, the hotfixes seemed to have pulled us up quite a bit. We'll get better details with the logs from this week's upcoming raids, though.
In PVP MM hunters do a shitload of damage. You can actually 3 shot an enemy from camo. Been doing some bgs as MM and if you got a meatshield you can wreck people with your insane burst.
This will change at 100 because health pools will become larger.
