Breaker of the Black Harvest not rewarded

So I did the green fire quest like 10 months ago, and I didn't receive the Black Harvest title/achievement reward.

My account is frozen, but I would still think they would be able to go back, and check things like this?

I put in a ticket, and they said they couldn't verify that I had done it?

Do I have to send them a picture? Will that work?

When was the last time you logged in? because you gain the title as soon as you log into your lock that has done it in 6.0.2.

Like I said, my account is frozen, so probably like 6-7 months back. I would still think they would reward frozen accounts with achievements they earned.

Title should be rewarded on log-in. If your account is frozen, I doubt you've logged in.

Ugh read the threads here:

go to SMV, get the green fire on you (IT READS THE SPELL IN YOUR SPELLBOOK) and type /reload ui or log back in while the spell is in your spellbook.

I had to redo the scenario, exit the scenario, /reload; only then was I awarded the achievement.

It was a bad idea to read the codex from your spellbook instead of checking if you had finished the quest. You owe me 500g Blizzard!
