Does anyone got this to drop past 6.0.2? I think it might be bugged i have close to 40 kills now and no drops.It is supposed to be around 10% chance like all the other toys from rares but i've gotten all of the others in a day or 2 and this one is yet to drop.Is anyone else farming this and having trouble?

I only recently got the Banner and i have been killing those rares since MoP release.
