    case fan problem

i just built a new pc, and i have the fans running super loud (1k rpm, im not going anything to cause the need for it)

i have asrock z97 anniversary mobo
coolmaster sb storm case (1x120 fan, 1x200 fan)
coolmaster 212 evo cpu cooler (1x140fan i think)
    i5 4690k
    8gig ram
    gtx 770

nothing here should cause me having high rpm when not doing anything.

    any idea whats going on?

Are they plugged into molex connectors on the PSU or the motherboard? Have you actually narrowed it down to just the case fans? The 212 EVO must be plugged into the designated CPU fan slot and the case fans should be plugged into any of the system/chassis fan slots on the motherboard.

yes they are all plugged in their right spots, triple checked it.

and im using only 3 pin connections on the case into 4 pins
cpu is in its own 4pin to 4 pin and it working fine.

its just the two case fans going berserk :S

tried setting it in bios to silent or normal mode and no effect

Just plug the 2 case fans that don't work properly into a molex and be done with it. Also doesn't that case got a fan controller for its fans?
