About 1k runs here, another guy I know is above 2k. He told me there's 9 BoE world epics, so a 1:9 chance I guess for it to drop. Gotten about 9 epics so far, just not getting lucky. At least I'm getting some gold out of this.

And here i thought my 500 runs was a lot... Thanks for ruining any hope I had left of ever finding the sphere.

Only saw it once - drak'tharon when it still was current content. Not tried to farm it since though, maybe it will appear cheap on one server where I don't play anymore but got gold zu spend :>

Unfortunately it's Bind on Pickup, the only way to get one is by finding one yourself. Also, that has to be the biggest signature I have ever seen.

I saw that drop once. I couldnt roll need because I was a caster ._.

When I got it noone was able to need, won it with a 25 greed roll against 4 other people

I remember getting it in utgarde pinnacle. Any reason why you farm pit of saron? Pretty sure its a random world drop. Did they change something with the patch?

Had mine drop from the trash before Vezax in Ulduar, then had it drop again the week after that (unfortunately went to waste as I was soloing) and another one the week after that which a friend got.

All 3 drops were from Vezax trash.

Saw 2 drop in wrath. One in Naxx from the Gargoyle trash which has the highest drop rate according to wowhead and another one in Gundrak.

I got lucky doing some dailies for the argent tournament back in the day, dropped in icecrown off of some normal cultist dude waaaay up in the north. Banked it at the end of the expansions and forgot about it. Had to idea people farmed for it, tbh >.> Why does all the good loot drop for the people who put no effort in?

Possibly. I would imagine more toys will appear soon, especially retired TCG ones.

It's going to be a serious struggle for you, I got mine way back in wrath and have just let it collect dust in my bank since then. Was very happy when I found out it was being converted into a toy.

But yeah I've only ever seen it drop twice, it's gunna be hell to get that.

Like wise. I was farming Naxx for a weapon for transmog (a few years back) and it dropped for me. I had seen a few others with it, but I had no idea where to get it. Never cared enough to look it up. The next week I was trying to get another item (this time for my warrior) and it dropped again. lol

All you can do is keep at it though. It'll drop eventually I'm sure.

Mine dropped if I remember right in the Utgarde Pinnacle when I farmed for the blue Protodrake.

Was just wondering if Naxx isn't better then running Pit of Saron, just did a few Pit runs, and the mob count was underwhelming.
I think people might read wowhead and gathered from the comments that the Pit is the best place to farm this, but i'm sure most of the commentators ignored Naxx since it wasn't easily soloable back then.

So, anyone tried Naxx yet ?

If you don't mind doing some mob counts vs time spent to clear and zone out, could be worth looking into. In terms of efficiency, Pits really good with low zone out time and the ability to mount. I do mini-clears that last just a minute apiece, 50-60 mobs or so.

Btw, there's a really annoying bug right now. I get blank load bars when instance capped, so the toon is basically lost until the cap runs out. Hope that gets fixed.

I picked it up post patch clearing naxx 25 for some extra gold. Wasn't actively farming for it or anything, but it was a nice surprise.
