Right now the order for Hunters goes MM, SV, BM. The FAQ thread is a good place to see how they all shift around as well.

If you're looking for 6.0 info Icy Veins is probably the best place(it's good now, you can trust it).
The FAQ Thread has some info on 100 such as talent choices and what the best spec is.
The Warcraft Hunters Union has guides written for level 100 for each of the specs if you just wanna know the basics of how to play each spec.
