How do you obtain coins for WoD raids?

Does anyone know why the npc isnt there for alliance?

I haven't gone and looked, but assuming the Horde one is missing as well they might have them hidden until raids open so no one gets an early start on stockpiling bonus rolls.

You can buy the coins with gold, honor, or apexis crystals, and every time you use the same currency in a week the cost doubles. Still caps at 10 total and 3 max per week. I forget what the exact numbers were, though.

If you have a level 3 armory, you get 1 free. So then you could buy one with gold and one with apexis crystals, and only pay "regular" price for each.

Seems that the NPC was there for a short time after WoD was released (I went there and got my 3 coins). However they realized this and removed it until Highmaul is released.
