Torbjorn, comes with rivet-gun, hammer, a upgradeable turret and snap-on plastic flames for his backpack-forge to give him MOLTEN CORE power!
Rheinhardt, comes with rocket-hammer and shield. Push the button on the back to hear him shout "I AM UNSTOPPABLE!"
Winston, with light-up tesla-cannon and glasses - push the button on his back to hear him give a primal roar!
Symmetra, with photon blaster and translucent-plastic "hard-light" sentries and teleporter.
Mercy, comes with staff and snap-on Guardian Angel wings.
Reaper, comes with Hellfire Shotguns - snap him onto the special base and flip the switch to see him whirl around in DeathBlossom mode!
Bastion, who can transform into Siege Cannon mode! (Bonus bird friend also included!)
...and so on.
You know you want them.

I could certainly see them doing this should the game be popular- the models lend
very well to action figures, kids and adults alike love toys, and I gotta admit... a
Rheinhardt action figure would look great on my desk.

Even if they don't officially make figures, I imagine that once the game comes out, there'll be someone who somehow will figure a way to take the ingame models and adapt them into 3D-printable things.

Don't worry, what with those new collectible action figure games (there's a couple now, the first one and then Disney came along with their massive IP portfolio) I could easily see Blizzard doing thing. Want to play <insert hero here>? Plug in your action figure via USB - we'll use the two factor authentication (basically stick an Authenticator into each action figure) and you're off! Buy new heroes for $19.99 + S&H!
