Best rogue spec 4 PvE?

Also is there any rogue site that would tell basically how much dps each item would give so you can compare different 630/630 trinkets or weapons? I used to be able to on shadowcraft I think but it doesn't work for me for some reason.

Shadowcraft, although at times it may be down. Force reload the page for it if you're having problems and it doesn't give a "site is down" error message. You can also, of course, use simulationcraft, although it doesn't compare items FOR you and requires a download, and time.
