High Maul Raid Comp

With the new raid next week, what should be the composition for the Normal and Heroic Flex raids? Are there cutoffs where a 3rd tank is needed or an additional healer? My guild could fluctuate from 14 to about 22 on any given raid night.

I dont think there will be a change from 2 to 3 tanks but planning on a person having a tank offspec is always good. If you are running with 10 people then you would want probably 2 healers maybe a small chance for 3. and then after that every 4 - 5 people add a healer.
