Is there a nondisclosure agreement with the alpha test atm? I know people will put youtube videos and stream on twitch no matter what so I was just wondering if HOTS had a NDA atm coz I don't want to do anything that could ever get me banned and I have a youtube channel and would like to post a few gameplay vids there.

Nope.. I've had alpha access for ages, didn't have to accept anything apart from the usual ToS.
