I don't understand Iron Horde Scraps

I have about 170 of them.... what do I do with them? I read it is for XMOG, and I have done tons of XMOG before, so is this any different?

Dwarven Bunker/War Mill in your garrison. You use it as currency there.

You use it as currency to buy transmog items on War Mill (garrison building).

you can stock up to 200 at a time and trade them in for account bound transmog items.
