follower appearence

anyone noticed changes on follower appearence after levling or getting better armor/weapon? the 'normal followers all seem the same, but the inn ones have different weapons and some parts of armor are changed.

im taking screenies of this weeks lvl 90 inn ones to match next week when they are lvl 100 and got 655 armor/weapons.

if anyone noticed the same let me know

I have noticed they change at least weapons when you upgrade their ilvl. Maybe armor too. Didn't really look for thresholds or anything though.

Whenever the icon border for their weapon changes from green to blue to purple. I believe that's at ilvl 630, and 645.
That's for weapons, though. I haven't actually seen (or noticed) a follower change armour.
